This workshop, in collaboration with Cambridge Naturals, was the first of many hosted by Tender Co. co-founder, Courtney. This 60 minute workshop is an invitation to relish in the last bits of summer with heart-warming herbal tea, gentle, intuitive movement (no dance experience required!) and a grounding meditation that will prepare us for Fall. Bring water and something to sit on, and wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable and free!

Class will meet at Cambridge Naturals Boston Landing - 92 Guest st. Brighton MA 02135. For parking, we have a parking garage directly behind our store, for which we can validate parking after 5PM. There are also parking spaces on the streets surrounding our store.
Courtney Stacey is a Personal Development and Life Coach who has a focus on the mind, body and spirit connection. She believes in the power of tender, loving self care and has been a student of psychology, spirituality and the mind-body connection for many years. While she is pursuing her Master's in Social Work to become a licensed therapist, she has also opened her own coaching business wherein she works with individuals and couples. Her intention is to create a safe and empowering space for clients to create and live the life of their dreams.
