If you’ve been feeling a little funky lately, you are not alone! Have old thought patterns been coming up? Old anxieties? Pangs of feeling “off” and unsure of why?
I was recently chatting with someone who studies astrology and she mentioned a transit that is coming up that is related to Pluto, which tends to bring up general feelings of transformation, upheaval, shadow side and rebirth. That is a LOT to hold! I have personally found myself feeling extra emotional, getting caught into old patterns and gravitating towards rest.
A simple way to come back into the body:
Put one hand on the heart and repeat out loud “I am safe”, “There is nothing wrong”, “I am not bad”.
These phrases speak to some of the buried beliefs that may bubble up during uncertain times. See if you can identify which ones feel true to you and try it out.
